Delete your Roger & Mary account

Roger & Mary app (Android and iOS), www.rogerandmary.com and www.hubertetodette.fr

You can use this page to ask us to delete your Roger & Mary account and the data linked to it, or just some of your data. You don't need to be signed in, or to have the app installed.

How it works

1. Fill in the form below with the email address you use to sign in to Roger & Mary.
2. You'll receive an email confirming that we have received your request, with a reference number.
3. Our team will review your request and action it within 7 working days. If we need to confirm that the account is yours, we'll contact you at that email address first.
4. We'll email you once the deletion is complete.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:

• your account details: name, email address and password;
• your profile information: gender, date of birth, postal address, phone number, profile picture and family relationships;
• the photos you published, from every circle they were shared in, together with their dates, places and events;
• your comments;
• tags identifying you on other members' photos;
• your circle memberships and notification settings;
• your push notification tokens and device identifiers.

What may be kept

• Photos and comments posted by other members stay in their circles, but tags identifying you are removed.
• Circles you created stay available to their other members.
• Copies held in backups and server logs are removed as those backups and logs are routinely overwritten.
• We keep a record of your deletion request (email address, date and reference number) to show that we handled it. We may also keep data where the law requires it.

Deleting only some data

You can delete any photo or comment you posted yourself, at any time, in the app or on the website. If you want us to delete other data without closing your account (for example your phone number, postal address or a tag), choose "Delete only some of my data" in the form above and tell us what to remove.
